WHAT IS GOOD - baking at home

As mentioned in a previous post, I spent a lot of my time during Easter baking. This was an extremely satisfying experience, and obviously myself and my family enjoyed eating the end results. It allowed me to experience the situation that my target audience would be put in, and gain a better understanding of existing recipes and tone of voice. 

This process will also give me a collection of images that I can use as reference for my illustrations. The recipe followed was a Mary Berry classic, which linked nicely with my content and target audience.
