Hajime Karasuyama, the pen name of the gentleman cat burglar who has written a popular book on how to carry out burglaries successfully. He claims to earn £270,000 a year alone just from this career path.
Ways in which he does this without getting caught, according to the Telegraph article...
- "Once we get inside a house, us thieves have an instinct for knowing where the money is squirreled away" Shukan Taishu magazine interview
- able to pick any lock at will
- silently uses a glass cutter on a window
- placing a jeweller's magnifying eye-piece against a door peep-hole reverses the view and enables him to look inside the house
- investing in a new hybrid car for going on "jobs" due to quite engines, don't attract attention
- hired a chauffeur to drive to one address and boldly walking up to the front door dressed in a business suit and picked the lock
I want to find little phrases from these that could be used on three separate cards, perhaps business cards.
Each business card would therefore give you a little tip.
